Felt very cared for, no complaints

I recently stayed at a lovely place called Casa de Barajas in Cartagena. The room and the entire house were newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The location was very convenient, with the city center within walking distance and a big modern shopping mall next door. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the city and Castillo San Felipe. The owner, Hansel, was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Casa de Barajas for its comfortable rooms, great location, and friendly host.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a shopping mall and a historic castle nearby. It is also just a short walk from the old city center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The bed in the room was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

There were some drawbacks to the hotel. The bathroom was not up to our expectations, with a shower that was just a pipe and holes in the wall.

stayed at a basic hostel in Cartagena before but this time at Casa De Barajas, it was a pleasant surprise! Spacious and clean room, comfy bed, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Great value for money, close to Getsemani and Old Town. Loved the morning coffee and the adorable cats. Definitely recommend for a decent and affordable stay!

had a wonderful stay in cartagena at a charming hostel in a great location. the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. the owner was incredibly helpful and made our experience special. loved waking up to a cup of coffee and the cute cats. excellent value for money.
